
"Diflucan is usually taken by mouth as a one-time only dose with or without food or as directed by your doctor. In common with all azole antifungal agents, Fluconazole may cause hepatotoxicity. Diflucan should not be taken in allergy to Fluconazole or other anti fungal azole preparations."

Nexium is the newer formulation of the original Omeprazole product - both prescription drugs used to treat and prevent stomach and intestinal ulcers, damage to the esophagus from stomach acid, and other conditions involving excessive stomach acid production. Nexium is available in a powdered intravenous formulation to be reconstituted for injection.
